It says the latest drivers are already installed. Again, I want to emphasize that the controller WILL connect through Bluetooth without a trouble, it but won't reconnect without removing the device and setting it upwards once again.

just found the fix. In bluetooth settings, find the 'more bluetooth options' push. click that, and in that section select the tick box for 'allow bluetooth devices to find this pc' . Basically before the pc wasnt looking for the controller, what you demand is for the pc to exist institute past the controller :)
